Diese Richtlinie setzt die Bestimmungen von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cva-services.eu\/de\/basel-iii\/\">Basel III<\/a> um. International wird sie als Capital Requirements Directive bezeichnet. Es ist die vierte europ\u00e4ische Richtlinie dieser Art, daher der Name \u201eCRD IV\u201c.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Regeln gelten seit dem 1. Januar 2014, wobei umfangreiche \u00dcbergangsbestimmungen bis 2019 getroffen wurden.
